Technology

So I am reading this article called Swypes Touchscreen Keyboard Technology. It is talking about The software marker saying that they will speend up the way that people type on smart phones at the end of this year. Each mobile survice will offer phones using swype this summer. Swypes software is already on 14 models and it will be added to fourteen models later this year. This software is a result of research into technology that is made to help people with disabilities. They think that it is faster for people to swipe their hands across the screen and it is slower to type buttons. I think that typing is just as fast as swiping on a touchscreen just because your hiting buttons doesn't mean that its slowing you down. And when I text I take my time to type a text message theirs no need to rush. People should get a touchscreen phone if thats what works better for them. Technology is a good thing but sometimes its bad because it is being used on dumb stuff like the ipad and robots. Even though they seem cool their still dumb. This is important because i think people need to recognize that some things are being created but their is really no need for it like a touchscreen phone. No one needs all that high tech stuff, hitting buttons on your phone is fine. We are being affected by technology because some of it if exspensive touchscreen phones, robots and a ipad are expensive and people could be spending their money on important things that they need.

Oil Spill

Yeo....my teacher Mr. S keeps talking about the oil spill during class. No one really cares about it, they are not interested in talking about it. Personally i think the its very boring i hate hearing about it even though it is a big problem! What should i do when someone talks about the oil spill?????? I am going to try my hardest to not tell them to SHUT UP !
